Improving sleep with mindfulness and acceptance: A metacognitive model of insomnia

Abstract: While there is accumulating evidence to suggest that therapies using mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches have benefits for improving the symptoms of insomnia, it is unclear how these treatments work.
