Abstract: For about 40% of Americans, Insomnia is a major health issue that often leads to fatigue, reduced immunity, and dangerous driving. “…Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is known to have a significant impact on insomnia experienced due to anxiety (Belanger, Morin, Langlois, & Ladouceur, 2004) but there are small findings showing that CBT has a significant impact aimed directly on sleep disturbance.
