Background: Fatigue in pregnant women can lead to cesarean delivery, also triggering problems during pregnancy, childbirth, and the puerperium. Therefore, there is a need for non-pharmacological interventions to reduce the level of fatigueObjective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) and aromatherapy to complaints of fatigue in pregnant womenMethods: This is a quasi-experiment with pretest and post-test with control group design. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, consisted of 52 respondents who were divided into two groups. The statistical using a paired t-test and independent t-testResults: After the administration of PMR and aromatherapy interventions, the fatigue score decreased significantly from 5.15 to 3.15; p<0.001. In the control group, the fatigue score was reduced from 5.04 to 4.00; p<0.0001. There was a significant difference in fatigue scores in the intervention and control groups (3.15 ± 1.592 vs. 4.00 ± 0.980; p<0.05).Conclusion: Combination progressive muscle relaxation exercises and aromatherapy are effective in reducing fatigue scores in pregnant women

Sleep needs are basic human needs, including the elderly. However, many elderly people have difficulty sleeping (insomnia). This study aimed to determine the effect of a five-finger spiritual hypnosis approach to insomnia experienced by the elderly. The study design used a quasi-experiment, with one group pretest-posttest design approach without a control group. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, with a total of 34 people. Elderly is assigned to do a 5-finger hypnosis technique with a spiritual approach independently every night before going to bed for up to three nights. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate. The results showed that after the elderly were intervened in the form of five-finger hypnosis with a spiritual approach for 3 days, there was an influence on the incidence of insomnia in the elderly p-value=0,000 (p<0.05). Five-finger hypnosis with a spiritual approach can reduce the incidence of insomnia in the elderly.

Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is a disorder of heart function due to heart muscle lacking blood due to the narrowing of coronary arteries. Attack of coronary heart disease will result in decreased blood supply to the heart muscle, so that blood pumped throughout the body will decrease. This can be indicated by the value of decreased oxygen saturation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of progressive muscle relaxation on oxygen saturation in coronary heart disease in General Hospital Ciamis Indonesia. This research is quantitative by using a research quasi-experimental design. The design used was a pre-test and post-test without a control group. The Technique sampling used in this study was consecutive, as many as 30 people. Analysis of data using univariate and bivariate analysis, dependent t-test (paired t-test) to test differences in oxygen saturation values before and after the intervention. Statistical test results obtained p-value 0,000 (p <0.05), it can be concluded that there is an increase in the value of oxygen saturation after progressive muscle training.
