Coastal tourism development is an activity of optimizing tourism areas that are interdependence and interaction between components of coastal resources, human resources, and technology to improve living standards. The management of coastal tourism areas will indirectly have an impact on the environmental, economic, social, and cultural conditions of the people around the tourist attraction. The potential development of tourism areas on Cemoro Sewu Beach, Selok Anyar Village, and Lumajang Regency is considered not optimal. This can be seen from the facilities or infrastructure that exist on this beach are very inadequate even many that do not exist yet. Therefore, the researchers conducted an assessment of the potential of coastal resources and analyzed the attractiveness of tourists to develop tourist areas. The potential of coastal resources referred to here includes the potential of natural resources, the physical environment, facilities, and infrastructure as well as the socio-economic conditions of the local community. The research method used in this research is the survey method and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative approach. Pengembangan pariwisata pesisir merupakan kegiatan pengoptimalan kawasan wisata yang interdependensi dan interaksi antar komponen sumberdaya pesisir, sumberdaya manusia, dan teknologi untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup. Pengelolaan kawasan wisata pesisir secara tidak langsung akan membawa dampak terhadap kondisi lingkungan, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya masyarakat yang ada di sekitar objek wisata. Pengembangan potensi kawasan wisata di Pantai Cemoro Sewu Desa Selok Anyar Kabupaten Lumajang dirasa belum optimal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari fasilitas atau sarana dan prasarana yang ada di pantai ini sangat kurang memadai bahkan banyak yang belum ada. Oleh karenanya, peneliti melakukan pengkajian potensi sumberdaya pesisir dan menganalisis daya tarik wisatawan sebagai upaya pengembangan kawasan wisata. Potensi sumberdaya pesisir yang dimaksudkan disini meliputi potensi sumberdaya alam, lingkungan fisik, sarana dan prasarana serta kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat setempat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif.

The purpose of education is not only the provision of subject matter in the classroom, but can provide an invitation to students to find and build their own knowledge through the experiences gained. Knowledge gained from oneself is easier for students to remember than is obtained from others. This required an effective learning model to improve learning outcomes. Research-based learning trains students to solve problems, and make decisions and develop critical thinking skills by connecting existing theories. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of research-based Think Pair and Share (TPS) learning on student learning outcomes. The research method uses the correct experimental design with the posttest-only control design. The results showed student learning outcomes using the TPS model based on research had high results compared to normal learning.
