The paper examines the efficiency of various strategies for students' lean competencies formation in the educational process of the university. The relevance of the issue is justified by the fact that university graduates with developed lean competencies are in high demand in the job market. The paper formally describes lean competencies, requirements for students' personal, professional, and other skills and qualities, action plans, methods, and algorithms of actions related to lean production in a particular field. The author solves the indicated issue by analyzing the pedagogical experiment results. During the experiment, the author tested the effectiveness of four students' lean competencies formation strategiesformal education, practical training, hidden curriculum, and mixed strategy. Two hundred and eight 3rd and 4th year students mastering undergraduate programs in "Economics (Accounting, analysis, and audit)," "Economics (Finance and business analytics)," "Management (Production management)," "State and municipal administration (Regional and municipal administration)" were surveyed during the experiment.

Введение. Внедрение бережливого производства в медицинских организациях обуслов лено реализацией национального проекта «Здравоохранение». В связи с этим актуализируется вопрос подготовки медицинских кадров, владеющих бережливыми технологиями. Для достижения данной цели образовательные организации не только включают в учебные планы дисциплины, раскрывающие философию, принципы и инструменты бережливого производства, но и вовлекают студентов и ординаторов в проектную деятельность. Цель исследования-проанализировать факторы, формирующие движущие силы и силы сопротивления у студентов по отношению к проектной деятельности в рамках реализации концепции «Бережливый вуз». Методы. Исследование построено на основе использования метода анализа силового поля, интегрированного в трехэтапную теорию изменения Курта Левина. Исследовательскую выборку составили студенты федерального государственного бюджетного образовательного учреждения высшего образования «Кубанский государственный медицинский университет» Министерства здравоохранения Российской Федерации. С помощью анонимного анкетирования студентов, разделенных на две целевые группы (не вовлеченных в реализацию проекта «Бережливый вуз» и имеющих опыт проектной деятельности), были выявлены основные факторы, формирующие движущие силы и силы сопротивления у студентов по отношению к реализации проекта «Бережливый вуз». Результаты. Опрошено 1508 студентов. По результатам исследования основными движущими силами, мотивирующими студентов к проектной деятельности, являются: в группе имеющих опыт реализации проектов-желание решить проблему, которая влияет на обучающихся (60%), для студентов без опыта участия в реализации проектов-желание получить новый опыт, знания и навыки (40%). Желание принести пользу вузу оказалось на втором месте по значимости для обеих групп респондентов (57 и 36% соответственно). Факторами, препятствующим началу проектной деятельности, с точки зрения студентов являются: отсутствие свободного времени (более 60 респондентов в каждой из групп), недостаточное понимание того, что собой представляет работа по проекту (более 30% в каждой группе), ошибочное убеждение, суть которого состоит в том, что над проектом невозможно работать удаленно (не посещая/редко посещая проектный офис) (19% опрошенных в группе, не принимавших участие в работе над проектами). The article attempts to analyze the application of lean manufacturing tools and techniques in the service sector for their further standardization. Initially, lean manufacturing arose and found application at industrial enterprises, and for some time it was believed that lean processes work effectively only in the manufacturing sector. However, the examples of the application of lean manufacturing tools in practice, given in this article, make it possible to show their effectiveness even in such an area of economic activity as the service sector, the specialty of which is the intangibility, intangibility of the service itself. The analysis showed that almost all the methods given in the standard are applicable and effective for the service sector. The peculiarity of the lean manufacturing tools and methods application for the service sector was at the initial stage the correct and reliable value determination of the service as a product. The possibilities of lean manufacturing tools using in various service sectors were analyzed on the specific examples, taking into account international and national standards in the field of lean manufacturing and activities classified at the national level. The main directions of standardization of lean manufacturing tools in the service sector are proposed.
