In Vitro and in Vivo Measurements of ROS Scavenging Activity and White Blood Cells Activity by Chemiluminescence of a New Selena-Diazole Derivative Compare to Dipyrone Activity

Abstract: Reactive oxygen species ROS scavenging activity of whole Blood and White Blood Cells were measured. The estimation depends on the principle of luminol oxidation by ROS produced during phagocytosis. The study aimed to evaluate ROS production of Whole Blood and WBCs activity.
