In vitro interactions between farnesol and fluconazole, amphotericin B or micafungin against Candida albicans biofilms

Abstract: Farnesol exerts a synergistic or additive interaction with micafungin, fluconazole and amphotericin B against C. albicans biofilms, thus warranting further in vivo study.
