“…In the present study carbapenem resistance was55% with statistically significant difference between surgical ICU and pediatric ICU. Our result also more or less correlates with the study of Devi et al, (2017) who found that 42% of P. aeruginosa isolates were imipenem resistant in surgical ICU and pediatric ICU.
