Incorporating Workload and Performance Levels into Work Situation Analysis of Employees with Application to a Taiwanese Hotel Chain

Abstract: Problem statement: Appropriate Human Resource Management (HRM) can motivate employees, develop their capabilities and enhance their productivity.
