“…Als subsyndromal pers ö nlichkeitsgest ö rt wurden Personen aufgefasst, die im SKID-II-Selbstrating ü ber dem jeweiligen Cutoff -Wert der betreff enden PS-Sektion lagen, die aber im Interview ein Kriterium unter dem Cut-off -Wert blieben, also beispielsweise in der Borderline-Sektion, in der 5 Kriterien gefordert werden, nur 4 Kriterien erf ü llten. Dieses Vorgehen wird durch andere Arbeiten [34] und eigene Studien unserer Arbeitsgruppe gest ü tzt [21] , in denen gezeigt werden konnte, dass bereits das Vorliegen von 4 Kriterien im SKID-II-Interview mit einer erheblichen Symptomatik im entsprechenden PS-Bereich assoziiert ist. Unter Einbeziehung der subsyndromalen F ä lle ergaben sich signifi kante Befunde, wobei die erwachsenen Kinder aus Familien mit PS oder zumindest mit subsyndromaler PS ein erh ö htes Risiko aufwiesen, selbst eine PS diagnostiziert zu bekommen.…”
