The aim of this study is to investigate efficiency of master programmes on educational management according to independent variables. Quantitative study techniques were used in this research. This is a descriptive research designed as survey model. This study aims to describe current situation of educational management master programmes and students' ideas towards these programmes at universities. Descriptive statistics were used and p<.05 was considered statistically significant. At this study 'efficiency scale' developed by Özcan (2014) was used. The scale is consisted of 25 items and 3 sub-dimensions. Subdimensions of the scale are 'master programme courses and evaluation', 'beneficiary level of the participants from the program', 'physical conditions and lecturing'. Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value of the scale is .935, and Bartlett's test of sphericity value of the scale is 4813,985. In addition Cronbach Alpha value is .91, Spearman-Brown coefficient is 89, Guttman coefficient is .88. The study was conducted 334 participants. Participants are the students studying educational management master degree at different universities. Study group was determined by purposive sampling method. Age, Professional experience, school type, administrative position and master programme type were independent variables of the study. According to age variable, students' in different career stages' expectations and ideas on master programme show differences. As professional experience increases, students' efficiency expectations show differences. School type does not significantly differ the efficiency of master programs. Administrative position significantly differ efficiency of the master program and the difference is between school manager and vice manager. Master type does not significantly differ efficiency of the program. According to the research results age variable significantly differ the efficiency of master degree. “…The limitation of Ngala et al's research was not yet showing the evaluation standards in detail and had not been able to show the dominant indicators that trigger the successful implementation of distance education; (5) research conducted in 2019 by Siswadi et al [9] showed the limitations of the CIPP model, especially on aspects in the context component and the input component used in evaluating national standards of nursing education. Besides, in research of Siswadi et al also has not shown any aspects or indicators that trigger the effectiveness of learning in nursing education; (6) research conducted in 2020 by Sugianto [10] showed the utilization of the discrepancy model used to evaluate individual learning programs at junior high school level. The findings obtained in Sugianto's research were two aspects of individual learning programs that were unsuitable to program standards.…”

This research had the main objective to provide information related to the innovation available in the form of an educational evaluation model that integrates the Discrepancy evaluation component, Tat Twam Asi concept, and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method in the framework of determining the dominant indicators triggering the effectiveness of implementing blended learning in IT vocational schools. The approach of this research was development research by an R & D development model that focused on four stages, including a) research and field data collection, b) planning, c) design development, d) initial trial, and e) revisions to the results of the initial trial. There were 34 subjects involved in the trial design of the evaluation model in this research, including two education experts, two informatics experts, and 30 IT vocational teachers in Bali. The instruments used in data collection were in the form of questionnaires, interview guidelines, and photo documentation. The analysis technique for the data that had been collected used quantitative descriptive techniques that referred to percentage descriptive calculations. The results of this research were Tat Twam Asibased Discrepancy evaluation model design which was integrated with TOPSIS calculations and had been classified as excellent according to the eleven-scale categorization table.

This research’s main objective was to provide information related to the simulation of each calculation stage of the TOPSIS method used in the Discrepancy-Tat Twam Asi evaluation model. The TOPSIS method is used to find dominant indicators in the Discrepancy-Tat Twam Asi evaluation model that determines the effectiveness of blended learning in ICT Vocational Schools. This research used a quantitative approach. The questionnaires were used as a data collection tool in this study. Questionnaires were distributed to 20 respondents (teachers and students at several ICT Vocational Schools in Bali, Indonesia) for initial data needs and distributed to fourexperts to obtain data on the TOPSIS calculation effectiveness results. The analysis technique in this research was carried out by comparing the percentage of effectiveness test results with the standards. The results of this research showed that the simulation of TOPSIS method calculation in the Discrepancy-Tat Twam Asi evaluation model had run more effectively, as indicated by score was 93.13%. The simulation results showed the dominant indicator that determines the effectiveness of the blended learning implementation was I-2 (the existence of academic community support).
