Infektiöse Arthritis der Fingergelenke

Abstract: Septic arthritis of finger joints should be early recognized and immediately treated with surgery and antibiotics, in order to avoid cartilage damage. If cartilage is already damaged, primary arthrodesis with the use of an external fixation is indicated.
