Influence of Dietary Fat on the Lipid Composition of Perirenal Adipose Tissue in Rats

Abstract: The influence of dietary fat on the composition of perirenal adipose tissue was studied in Wistar rats fed three experimental semisynthetic, isocaloric diets containing different qualities of fat (olive oil, butter and medium chain triglycerides + corn oil).
