Perbanyakan kopi robusta (Coffea canephora) dengan metode stek sering terkendala pada pertumbuhan akar dan tunas daun. Pemberian Indole-3-Butyric Acid (IBA) diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah pertumbuhan akar dan tunas pada stek batang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan konsentrasi IBA yang tepat terhadap pertumbuhan akar dan tunas daun stek kopi robusta. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) nonfaktorial dengan perlakuan konsentrasi IBA terdiri atas 0 ppm, 50 ppm, 100 ppm, 150 ppm, 200 ppm, 250 ppm, dan 300 ppm, dan diulang 4 kali. Parameter pengamatan meliputi panjang akar, jumlah daun, bobot basah dan kering berangkasan stek batang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian IBA 150 ppm pada stek batang kopi robusta mampu menghasilkan panjang akar terbaik. Namun demikian, seluruh konsentrasi IBA yang diujikan belum mampu meningkatkan jumlah daun, berat berangkasan basah, dan berat berangkasan kering stek batang kopi robusta.Kata kunci: Indole Butyric Acid, kopi robusta, stek batang,

Berberis thunbergii DC) ve biberiye (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) bitkilerinin çelikle köklendirilmeleri üzerine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Mardin Büyükşehir Belediyesi Fidanlığından 2018 yılında anaç bitkilerden alınan çelikler, 11 farklı IBA dozunda maruz bırakılarak perlitte, sera ortamında dikimleri yapılmıştır. Köklendirmeye bırakılan çeliklerde; kök sayısı, kök uzunluğu ve köklenme oranları hesaplanmıştır. Çalışmada; IBA dozlarının kadıntuzluğu bitkisinde köklenme oranları ve biberiye bitkisinde ise kök uzunlukları üzerine etkisi önemsiz, diğer özellikler üzerine etkileri istatistiksel yönden önemli bulunmuştur. En yüksek kök sayısı lavanta bitkisinde 25.10 adet/bitki ile 4500 ppm, yağ gülü bitkisinde 24.86 adet/bitki ile 4000 ppm, kadıntuzluğunda 15.95 adet/bitki ile 3000 ppm ve biberiyede 33.31 adet/bitki ile 5000 ppm IBA dozu uygulamalarından elde edilmiştir. Kök uzunluğu değerleri, biberiye hariç olmak üzere, lavantada 24.80 cm ile 4000 ppm, yağ gülünde 23.99 cm ile 3000 ppm ve kadıntuzluğu bitkisinde 13.75 cm ile 4000 ppm IBA dozlarında tespit edilmiştir. En yüksek köklenme oranlarının, kadıntuzluğu bitkisi hariç olmak üzere, lavantada 3500 ve 4000 ppm IBA dozlarında %90.00, yağ gülünde 4500 ppm IBA dozunda %76.67 ve biberiyede 5000 ve 5500 IBA dozlarında %93.33 olduğu saptanmıştır.

Two individual experiments were done. The first experiment aimed to study the effect of Phos root-x as newly rooting promoter at different rates (0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 cm 3 /l) on rooting of the terminal cuttings of rosemary plants. This study was carried out on 20 th of July during the two seasons of 2019 and 2020. The experiment consisted of 7 treatments with 3 replicates, every replicate contained 3 cuttings per treatment. Data collected refer to that the 2.5 cm 3 /l of the newly rooting promotors were the best. Chemical analysis of terminal cutting refers to a decreasing in C/N ratio of terminal cuttings with increasing of Phos root-x concentrations. The second experiment was done on 25 th of October in the same seasons, 2019 and 2020 for both terminal and middle cuttings and treated with Phos root-x complex with or without IBA, the treatments were 0, 1, 2, 3 cm 3 /l of Phos root-x with or without IBA at 0, 100, 500 ppm in combination. The experiment consisted of 24 treatments; each treatment consisted of three replicates with 3 cuttings per replicate. Data showed that for all parameters the best types for rooting was terminal cuttings, and a higher concentration of phos rootx favored better results especially with 3 cm 3 /l level. These results may be due to the higher concentrations of amino acids complex inside the newly rooting promotor compound (Phos root-x).
