In today's conditions of economic uncertainty, the most important and key point of doing business is the competent, rational and efficient use of all available resources of the enterprise and, first of all, human resources. The top management of most commercial organizations focus on the management of marketing, economics and finance, production, product quality, while improving the forms of staff motivation remains devoid of attention. In this regard, the topical issues of management are the problems of motivation and stimulation of personnel.
