Influence of Organizational Culture on Teachers' Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction: The Case of Catholic Higher Education Institutions in the Philippines

Abstract: This article examines the influence of organizational culture on the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of teachers in the context of Catholic higher education institutions in the Philippines. Results show that clan is the most dominant culture type of Catholic HEIs in the Philippines. In addition, teachers are highly committed to their organization and satisfied to their job.
