Abstract:In this work, we investigated the influence of phosphorus and magnetic anneal on the soft magnetic properties of electrodeposited FeMnP alloy films prepared by changing sodium hypophosphite concentrations. X-ray diffraction radiation patterns showed an amorphous structure of electrodeposited alloy films.
