Abstract:Variations in the trypsin inhibitors and lectin content in the developing pods of thirty accessions of Cajanus scarabaeoides, a wild relative of pigeonpea, from wide geographical locations and six cultivated genotypes were estimated at juvenile, immature and mature stages of pod development.
