Smallholder oil palm plantations have made a major contribution to the development of the national palm oil industry. However, the policy of developing oil palm plantations continues to be unfavorable to smallholder oil palm farmers, with one example being the right of farmers to earn income and profits as an illustration of guarantees for agricultural product marketing. To realize these farmers' rights, the government established Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Number 01/PERMENTAN/KB.120/1/2018 concerning Guidelines for Setting the Purchase Price of Oil Palm Fresh Fruit Bunches Produced by Farmers in lieu of Minister of Agriculture Regulation Number 14/Permentan/OT.140/2/2013 concerning Guidelines for Determining the Purchase Price of Oil Palm Fresh Fruit Bunches Produced by Planters, which is considered unable to provide legal certainty because the content material is incomplete and has multiple interpretations. The purpose of writing this law is to analyze the application of the principle of legal certainty in the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Number 01/PERMENTAN/KB.120/1/2018, concerning Guidelines for Determining the Purchase Price of Oil Palm Fresh Fruit Bunches Produced by Planters. The writing of this law uses a normative-juridical method, namely, by examining and understanding the positivization of the principle of legal certainty in statutory regulations. The application of the principle of legal certainty in the substance of the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Number 01/PERMENTAN/KB.120/1/2018 concerning Guidelines for Determining the Purchase Price of Oil Palm Fresh Fruit Bunches Produced by Planters has fulfilled the principle of legal certainty, namely protection for both smallholders and smallholders with plasma patterns as well as self-help patterns through partnerships with plantation institutions. In the cooperation agreement between the company and the planters, through the planters' institution, the regional government is authorized as a supervisor, and the government has also regulated the minimum elements for the parties in the cooperation agreement. The regulation regarding supervision and sanctions in this regulation has also clearly stipulated time limits for the implementation of obligations, so that it will be easier for the Governor to supervise and provide sanctions in the event of a violation. In this era of globalization, sexual behavior is widely practiced by teenagers because of the lack of knowledge and the lack of parental roles in guiding teenagers. There are still many parents who do not provide information about sex and reproductive health to their children because they still feel it is taboo. Lack of sex education causes children to seek outside information which can actually lead them to harm and harm them. To find out the characteristics and parenting styles of parents with adolescent sexual behavior at SMA Negeri 7 Lhokseumawe in 2022. The type of research used is analytic with a cross-sectional approach. sampling technique as many as 40 students in science class. IPS at SMA Negeri 7 Lhokseumawe. Use of data using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used the Chis square test. The results of testing knowledge, attitudes, and family roles have a relationship with adolescent sexual behavior at SMA Negeri 7 Kota Lhokseumawe and the role of peers has no relationship with adolescent sexual behavior. The role of parents is the most influential factor in adolescent sexual behavior. There is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and family roles related to adolescent sexual behavior. The role of parents is the most influential factor in adolescent sexual behavior at SMA Negeri 7 Kota Lhokseumawe. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitudes, Family Roles, Sexual Behavior ABSTRAK Di era globalisasi ini, perilaku seksual marak dilakukan oleh para remaja karena minimnya pengetahuan dan kurangnya peran orang tua dalam membimbing para remaja. Masih banyak orang tua tidak memberikan informasi mengenai seks dan kesehatan reproduksi kepada anaknya karena masih merasa tabu. Pendidikan seks yang kurang menyebabkan anak mencari informasi di luar yang justru dapat menjerumuskan dan merugikan mereka sendiri. Tujuan penelitan ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan pola asuh orang tua dengan perilaku seksual remaja di SMA Negeri 7 Lhokseumawe Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel sebanyak 40 siswa kelas IPA danIPS di SMA Negeri 7 Lhokseumawe. Penggunaan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji chis square dan regresi logistic berganda. Hasil uji pengetahuan, sikap dan peran keluarga memiliki hubungan dengan perilaku seksual remaja di SMA Negeri 7 Kota Lhokseumawe dan peran teman sebaya tidak ada hubungan dengan prilaku seksual remaja. Peran orang tua merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap prilaku seksual remaja. Ada hubungan pengetahuan, sikap dan peran keluarga berhubungan dengan perilaku seksual remaja. Peran orang tua merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap prilaku seksual remaja di SMA Negeri 7 Kota Lhokseumawe. Kata Kunci:Pengetahuan, Sikap, Peran Keluarga, Perilaku Seksual

The personality of a child is determined by genetic and environmental factors. Parenting style is the first environment that makes a major contribution in shaping a child's personality. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through visits to respondents. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Research shows that parents try to apply Islamic parenting to their children through psychological, mental, faith education, religious enthusiasm, moral and social education. Includes honesty, treating children fairly, and beauty education. Factors that support parents are able to apply success in Islamic parenting with motivation from parents, living environment, and parental education. The inhibiting factors for parents in applying Islamic parenting to their children are due to the busyness of the parents, socioeconomic conditions, and the parenting model that parents get from birth.
