Influence of Price and Distributive Fairness on Micro Finance Customers’ Relationship Commitment: PLS-SEM Analysis

Abstract: Bangladeshi Micro Finance Institution (MFI) sector is highly competitive in financial industry. Due to strong multifaceted competition customer drop out (exit/switching) is taking place.
