“…For theoretical implementations, this study provides empirical evidence showing how SE has a direct effect on employee job performance and an indirect effect on employee job performance through perceived environmental support and knowledge sharing. Future research on employee job performance might include these factors and add more variables such as job satisfaction (Razak et al , 2018), leadership (Frieder et al , 2018), HR practice, work engagement and job crafting (Guan and Frenkel, 2018), moderator variables as behavioural intentions, low performance as withdrawal and positive moods (Judge et al , 2001). Moreover, future research could be extended to investigate other contexts or environments that might affect employee job performance differently.…”
