Influence of supplemental quercetin and epigallocatechin 3‐gallate on immunity and inflammation

Abstract: Quercetin is a flavonol with broad spectrum bioactive effects that include anti‐inflammatory, anti‐pathogenic, antioxidant activity, and immunoregulatory influences.
