The article analyzes the peculiarities of black pine reproduction and identifies the most promising methods of propagation for the territory of Vinnytsia city (Ukraine). Having analyzed the germination capacity of the black pine seed material, we found that the percentage of seed germination ranged from 38% (courtyards) to 70% (“Podillya” botanical garden). Examining the duration of black pine seedlings emergence, we found that in almost all objects of the city the largest number of seedlings were established on the 7th day (about 35 pcs.), then the process declined, and the smallest number appeared on the 13th day (about 5-7 pcs.). Studying the black pine propagation by cuttings, we found that when fed with two different rooting stimulants, the best result was obtained with the application of Korenevin (48 pieces), and a slightly lower acceptance rate was demonstrated with the use of Epine (about 34 pieces).

The scientific article is devoted to the greening of technologies and its individual aspects, which is an important agricultural measure that can curb further decline in soil fertility, stabilize production systems, and reduce dependence on technological factors. Of the entire complex of agrotechnical measures in biologically based soybean cultivation technologies, the lowest material and labor costs are incurred for pre-sowing seed treatment with bacterial preparations and treatment of crops with growth regulators. The effect of biological products -growth regulators is due to their influence on the plant organism at certain stages of organogenesis and is associated with significant changes in the process of metabolism, restructuring of a number of metabolic systems. In the course of experimental studies, a variant with seed treatment with Rizogumin-Plus and two-time treatment of crops with the retardant chlormequat chloride was identified by the manifestation of the studied soybean traits: first -in phase of the 3rd trifoliate leaf, second -in the budding phase. The main objective of the research was to study the patterns of manifestation and formation of productivity elements and yield level of soybean agrophytocenoses depending on varietal composition, pre-sowing treatment of seeds with a bacterial preparation and concentration of retardant. During 2018-2022, a three-factor experiment will be conducted in the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. The material of the research was soybean varieties of domestic selection -Azimuth and Golubka, which were studied according to the following field experiment scheme: control (no treatment), seed inoculation (treatment of seed with the biological preparation Rizogumin), concentration of retardant (no treatment, 0.5%, 0.75% and 1% solution). The relevance of the research is reinforced by the task of applied research on the topic: «Development of scientific and technological support for improving soil fertility and rational use of bioresources potential» (state registration number: 0124U000444).

The scientific study presents the results concerning the influence of meteorological conditions on blue lupine crop productivity. The research substantiates the types and combinations of mineral macro- and microfertilizers providing for full realization of the biological potential of blue lupine (Lupineus angustifolius L.) under the conditions of global climatic changes. Field studies were conducted during the period of 2016-2019 on sod-mesopodzol sandy-loam soils. The average monthly temperature and the amount of precipitation during the growing season of blue lupine had some deviations from average long-term indices. During the research period the blue lupine plants were being formed under favourable temperatures, but were exposed to the negative effects of low water availability, that resulted in worth conditions for their growth and development as well as in lower grain yields. During a 3-year period of studies the crop yield was in a range of 0.98-2.54 t/ha depending on fertilization and weather conditions during the growing season. As follows from the results of correlation-regression analysis concerning the dependence of blue lupine grain yield on meteorological characteristics, it has been found that there is a correlation (close linear dependence) between weather conditions and grain yield. Herewith, a negative reaction of a sort Peremozhets to weather conditions deviations from average longstanding indices during the growing season has been registered.
