The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction on the performance of millennial generation employees. the sample consists of 162 millennial respondents aged 26 to 41 years who have worked for at least one year. the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) and data collection using a google forms questionnaire. the results of this study indicate that compensation has no significant effect on the performance of millennial generation employees, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of millennial generation employees, and job satisfaction has been shown to have a a positive and significant effect on the performance of millennial generation employees.
