Informal Payments in Healthcare Services: A Literature Review

Abstract: Sağlık sistemleri, ekonomik sistemlerden doğrudan etkilenen birer alt sistem olup ülkelerin ekonomik sistemleri değiştikçe sağlık sistemleri de değişebilmektedir. Ekonomik sistemin ne olduğuna, bu sistemin sağlık sistemine nasıl etki ettiğine bakılmaksızın, sağlık sistemlerinde çözülmesi gereken temel sorunun başında sağlığa erişim, adalet, hakkaniyet, kalite gibi konular gelmektedir.
