Drug abuse, one of which is the use of glue, has been widely used by teenagers. In Indonesia,about 14,000 people out of 70 million teenagers aged 12-21 years have used drugs. The misuse of aibon glue in the West Papua Province is increasingly worrying, with the number of cases approaching 1,000. In Kofkerbu Village,there are about 32 teenagers who often do ngelem and there has never been any activity to deal with teenagers in preventing or eliminating the use of aibon. The results obtained after mentoring with education by PAM GKIYouth Syaloom Klademak there was 12 (38 %). Assistance for children who do glue activities is needed so that behavior changes can occur by stopping the use of aibon glue. This assistance requires the involvement of various elements, including the government, religious leaders and health officials.

A survey of sixth to tenth grade students in public schools in Arkhangelsk, Koposov, Stickley and Ruchkin (2018) found that 6.1 percent of boys and 3.5 percent of girls reported use of inhalants (N = 2892). In an attitude study of university students in Smolensk (N = 150), it was found that the students had mostly negative attitudes toward drug users and that many regarded drug users as "weak, stupid, unreliable, and unhappy" (Gritsenko et al, 2017).…”

Background: Since the beginning of the twenty first century, there has been an intensified political debate about drugs in Russia. The drug problem is now regarded as one of the country's most serious problems and as an issue of top priority for the Russian government. Objectives: The aim of this qualitative study is to explore how illegal drugs are discussed in Russian political discourse. Methods: The material includes an analysis of 177 speeches made in the lower house of the Russian parliament, the Russian State Duma, between 2014 and 2018. The data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis (CDA). Results: In general, the study found that the debate about the drug problem was characterized by consensus, and there were small differences between the Deputy members in their understanding of the problem. Three main understandings of the drug problem were identified: (1) Illegal drugs as an increasing problem in Russia, (2) Drugs as an external threat, and (3) A need for a more repressive drug policy. Conclusion: There was a general consensus about how the drug problem should be regarded among the politicians, with a focus on a war on drugs and an absence of harm reduction ideas.

This study was to determine the relationship between knowledge about the dangers of inhalationand the social environment of adolescents to the abuse of Fox glue. This study used a Cross-Sectional Design experimental design. The research subjects used in this study were 64 adolescents in the Pidada Panjang village, Bandar Lampung. Selection of subjects using simple random sampling technique by taking samples from members of the population at random without considering the existing strata. In this study, using data collection techniques with three instruments, the first instrument is knowledge of inhalation hazards (Asti, 2014), the second instrument is the influence of the social environment (Hidayat, 2016), and the third instrument of inhalation abuse changed by the researchers themselves. The data analysis technique used was Univariate and Bivariate. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge about the dangers of inhalation (p-value = 0.003) and the social environment of adolescents (p-value = 0.000) on the abuse of Fox glue. The findings of this study prove that knowledge about the dangers of inhalation and the social environment is related to the prevention of inhalation abuse (Fox glue) in adolescents. The higher the knowledge about the dangers of inhalation and a good social environment, the higher the preventive measures against inhalation (Fox glue)
