Abstract: Gesucht war eine schnelle, robuste HPLC‐Methode, um Inhaltsstoffe in Hustensaft simultan zu bestimmen. Die Trennung der Wirkstoffe Codein, Pseudoefedrin und Guaifenesin durch Umkehrphasen hat sich als optimal erwiesen.
