“…In the present study, with an average of hazard rate due to the high level risks has been more effective, it is better that the inherent safety design strategy of latex gloves used in the industry was placed on the agenda because at this strategy with the removal and replacement of dangerous substances with a lower risk, risks are reduced. Inherent safety, which was introduced in 1970 by Kletz claims that in a process of identifying and eliminating the dangers of early, even before implementation are reduced risks program (Aven 2009, Hassim, Hurme et al, 2013, Kletz was one of the first people that summarized the activities inherent safety design production workshops in five popular term reduction, replacement, moderate-making, simplify and limit the effects (Kletz 2003). However, Cozzani states that the events of storage areas in the wake of a domino effect and may counteract these effects and must therefore inherent safety methods with methods of active and passive inherent safety design, these risks can manufacturing industry based latex gloves because of carcinogens (IARC = 1 Group) such as sulfuric acid and chromic acid, the acid with high PH Such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, chromic acid, hydrochloric acid, etc., alkalis, with low PH such as potassium hydroxide and dangerous stimulants like ammonia level has high risk level because almost for each 7 known risk, one risk has high rank.…”

“…Irrespective of the cause of the entry, the possible human actions can be hard to predict and consider in robot and safety system design. Thus, all the technical systems around and within the robot operating area should be inherently safe (see Kletz [13]). The expected and planned operations should be identified and planned in such a way that the system is resilient to variations in human performance.…”

“…The theory of inherent safety was systematized by several authors [1,3,12,13]. Kletz [3] was among the first to recognize that any action towards inherently safer design of process plants may be sketched by five well-known guidewords: intensification (minimization), substitution, moderation (attenuation), simplification and limitation of effects.…”

“…It is well known that an inherent safety approach is 0304 based on actions aimed to achieve process safety by a reduction of the hazard. More details on the definition of inherent safety and on the potential advantages coming from this safety strategy are reported in the literature [2,3]. An inherent approach to domino prevention may be easily applied in early plant design, taking into account the possibility of domino events during layout definition.…”
