Inhibition of Platelet Aggregation by „Guggulu” Steroids

Abstract: Purified steroidal fractions of ,guggulua show a marked inhibition of ADP, adrenaline and serotonin induced platelet aggregation. Their inhibitory effect is comparable to the .effect o f ,Clofi-&ratea.
