Injectable Lipid-Based Depot Formulations: Where Do We Stand?

Abstract: The remarkable number of new molecular entities approved per year as parenteral drugs, such as biologics and complex active pharmaceutical ingredients, calls for innovative and tunable drug delivery systems.
