Innovation management in organization

Abstract: The authors of the article present issues relating to innovation management in organisation. They discuss factors that determine making innovative decisions as well as new strategy, i.e. Europe 2020 that may be an opportunity to redefine Polish innovation policy and a chance for Polish enterprises to develop.
