Object of study - the impact of the transport system on economic security. Applied research and calculations are performed on the example of the Lipetsk region (Russia). The study used methods of system analysis, performance evaluation, statistical method, calculation of Engel and Uspensky coefficients, etc. Analysis of data on the provision of transport infrastructure in the regions of Russia and other countries showed that insufficient development of transport is a “weak spot” in Russian regions. To solve it, the following measures were proposed: development of public urban transport, modernization of the integrated transport system of urban agglomerations, introduction of a strategic approach to managing transport development, construction of toll roads and highways, more active use of electronic control systems for urban transport systems. To assess the effectiveness of the development strategy of urban transport systems, the authors suggested using a number of criteria. This is a criterion of fiscal efficiency; environmental performance criterion; criterion of strategic coherence. Their use allows optimizing the development of transport in Russian cities. As a result, the economic security of their development will be reliably ensured.

The article focuses on the spatial conditions of sustainable urban development. They cannot develop without taking into account its inherent tendencies. Using the example of the Russian Federation, the authors performed an analysis of the spatial factor of urban development. The directions of its influence are established; the zoning in the spatial development of the country is highlighted; the laws and tendencies of the transformation of cities under the influence of changes in the economic space were established. The authors substantiated the need to coordinate the development strategies of Russian cities with the measures of the state regional policy. This will allow taking into account the peculiarities of the regions and territories in which the cities are located. It also shows the need for faster development of transport infrastructure in Russia, which increases the coherence of the economic space of the country, stimulates interregional and intercity (inter-settlement) communications. Concerning the zone of the Russian European Core, recommendations were given on prioritizing measures and tools for sustainable urban development. It has been proposed to take into account in the state and municipal policy the main vectors of spatial development (West - East; North - South; Center -Periphery).

Abstract. The basic problems are considered in the paper connected with solving the problems of forecasting development of enterprises in the conditions of growth of volumes and intensity of information flows in consequence of digitalization of economic processes. The aspects of using a cost approach and also life cycle models of enterprises in the tasks of building the system of planning and predicting activity are considered. An approach to forecasting development of an enterprise on the basis of a dynamic model of the cost growth is proposed by the authors. As the main general indicator fundamental cost of an enterprise is considered, which includes four basic elements. A principle which takes into account dynamic cosubordination of basic indicators of growth of the fundamental enterprise cost is accepted as a basis for the predicting model. A variant of a structure of an adaptive model of dynamic cosubordination of basic indicators is suggested; the structure changes depending on the stage of the life cycle. The represented approach enables taking into account contradictory requirements to the choice of key indicators of development, changing at different stages of the life cycle, and also estimating and predicting the activity of an enterprise from unified positions.
