Abstract. Managerial decision making in the framework of functional modeling of the consulting process have a direct effect on other businessprocesses of vertically -integrated group of construction companies. As a result, the experience of consulting companies tends to be used for the making managerial solutions. Consultancy is known as one of the most complicated types of buisiness process. It requires a huge and deep examines and researches of targeting area, therefore need to be provided with special methodology, included internal standards of the consulting companies. Correct methodological support, planning process and implementation of managerial solutions should be based on the survey of the direct and inverse connections and interdependence of all group's business -processes. Functional -process modeling of the verticallyintegrated construction group could be considered as an instrument of examination and analysis of the issue how the managerial solution impact on the business-process for the construction group functioning. The main result of the research is the formalized process-oriented model -prototype of the business -processes of vertically -integrated group of construction companies.
In the present article, the crucial and specific aims of teaching that provide an ample staff competence for digital economics are introduced. We investigate contemporary teaching and training approaches, trends in staff quality requirements. The article highlights new employment trends and values that have been formed recently in environmental, technological and consumer services as a result of digital, creativity and virtual processes in business increased. We used comparison methods, analysis, observations with consequential conclusions for this survey. It should be noted that information literacy, attentional and emotional control skills, creativeness, ecological and intercultural mindedness, ability to be re-educated are clues for each career. We suppose that the implementation of best international and European teaching methods and standards and prompt introduction of new educational programmes into Russian educational system are key solutions that could provide graduates with expected competencies.
Insufficient attention to environmental factors and their role in the Russian economy when developing programs for the socioeconomic development of territories led to a decrease in the efficiency of using natural resource potential in crisis conditions and had a negative impact on the ecology of the regions. The current situation required a detailed consideration of the theoretical and methodological issues of the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of the environmentally sustainable development of the region, which determined the subject of the study. The work uses the methods of scientific knowledge, induction, deduction, systemic and integrated approach. The methods of multidimensional economic and statistical analysis, expert assessments, economic and mathematical modeling are also used as an instrumental and methodological apparatus. The study gives a theoretical idea of the nature and content of the environmentally sustainable development of industrial-developed territories, clarifies the place and role of rational use of the natural resource potential of the territory in shaping the environmentally sustainable development of the region. The paper outlines the structural scheme of the regional organizational and economic mechanism of environmentally sustainable development of the territory. The reasons, forms, consequences of the relations imbalance between society and nature were also clarified. Directions for solving regional environmental problems of the sustainable development of industrialized territories were determined.
In the article we tried to investigate theoretical ideas concerning actual students’ reasons for education in the field of architecture in frame of the second level of higher professional education system. We present the results of survey that we conducted last year. We collected data about students’ reasons to enrol for architectures’ and others master programmes and their expectations of programmes’ content, programmes’ volume, curriculum structure, placement periods. We analysed the teaching methods, structure and trends in architecture’s master programmes that was legally introduced by government standards. As a result, we concluded that the changes of education standards mostly meet expectations of master programmes contenders. However, the contenders will succeed in higher school only if their motivation is enough strong and appropriate.
