It is impossible to fulfill the rising food demands of expanding population. As the organic fertilizer is the only and sustainable choice. Numerous types of research in agriculture are the significant evidence of organic fertilizer adoption. So, the whole emphasis of this paper is on assessing the most influencing predictors of organic fertilizers adoption among farmers. The review is based on secondary data and information available in the scientific domains and the time is limit to the years 2001 to 2022. The results revealed that farmers' knowledge, attitude, practice (KAP), extension services, market availability, sources of information, and many demographic factors such as education, farm size, etc. play a crucial role in organic fertilizer adoption. The results further explored as the organic fertilizers are the slow release of organic matter but their nutrients are long-lasting. It is required for all relevant organizations in each country all over the world to pave the way of educational programs to improve farmers' information, extension services, knowledge, and ease the access to marketabout organic fertilizer adoption. However, it is required to hold various approaches like training, incentive programs, field work with farmers, and supply of (brochures, leaflets, magazines, etc.) for the target group to facilitate the said important factors for the farmers to adopt organic fertilizer adoption. There is a need for a scientific study to find the exact requirement of organic fertilizer in agricultural farms' land. Thus it will result in a high yield of diverse crops, clean and sustainable environment.

Saat ini masyarakat sudah banyak mengetahui bahwa menggunakan bahan anorganik dalam budidaya tanaman dapat memberikan efek negatif terhadap kesehatan manusia dan lingkungan. Sehingga sangat diperlukan peningkatan produktivitas tanaman dengan melakukan teknologi budidaya tanaman secara organik yang berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan. Desa Bongohulawa Kecamatan Tilongkabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango merupakan desa yang sebagian penduduknya bertani dan beternak tetapi masyarakat kelompok tani tidak memanfaatkan limbah-limbah kotoran ternak dan limbah serasah tanaman yang dijadikan bahan dasar pembuatan pupuk organik padat. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik padat dari kotoran ternak sapi dan serasah jerami padi di desa bongohulawa kecamatan Bone Bolango. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini yaitu tahap pemberian materi dan tahap pelatihan. Tahap pelatihan dengan melakukan demontrasi dalam membuat pupuk organik padat pada kelompok tani dengan bahan dasar kotoran ternak sapi, serasah jerami padi, bioaktivator EM4. Pada saat kegiatan pengabdian, sebagian besar kelompok tani memiliki permasalahan dengan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pupuk organik dengan berbahan dasar limbah kotoran sapi dan limbah jerami padi yang dapat memperbaiki sifat fisik, kimia dan biologi tanah sehingga masyarakat kelompok tani memiliki antusias yang tinggi karena materi dan pelatihan mengenai pembuatan pupuk organik dan jerami padi merupakan hal baru bagi kelompok tani. Diharapkan teknologi yang diberikan kepada kelompok tani dapat diimplementasikan pada saat melakukan budidaya tanaman, agar menghasilkan pangan dan lingkungan yang sehat serta berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini pupuk organic padat dapat diaplikasikan untuk memperbaiki kesuburan tanah, meningkatkan produksi serta dapat membuka peluang usaha pupuk organic dalam kemasan yang menarik dengan nilai jual yang tinggi.

Oil palm fertilizers are located in circle weeding because it is usually "cleaner" than interrow. However, many planters assumed that this method is inadequate. This is because the density of feeding roots, which play an essential role in nutrient absorption, continues to decrease due to intensive fertilizer input and weed control. Therefore, this research aims to determine the performance of oil palm under two different applications of fertilizer placement, namely in the circle weeding and in the interrow. It was carried out using a 9-year-old palm with a demo plot of 7.5 ha for five years. The treatments applied were 100% fertilization on circle weeding (A1) and interrow (A2), 50% on the circle weeding, and the rest on the interrow (A3), and 25% on the circle weeding and 75% on the interrow (A4). The parameters observed included soil and leaf nutrient content, root distribution, vegetative growth, and yield. The results showed that fertilizer placement in the circle weeding produced the best oil palm yield.
