“…Peña et al (15) reported that hypoglycemia rather than BG fluctuation was correlated with vascular dysfunction in a pediatric population with T1DM. Moreover, several studies have shown that the most prominent barrier for tight glycemic control is the fear of hypoglycemia (16,17). In our study, there was no statistically significant difference between the groups with regard to hypoglycemia.…”

“…A real-world experiment was carried out using a remotely piloted aerial system (RPAS) equipped with the ArduPilot open source flight controller [29]. ArduPilot was used to record data from the IMU (350 Hz), magnetometer (10 Hz), and GNSS (5 Hz) over a period of six minutes while the plane flew around an area of approximately 400 m × 400 m. The GNSS measurements were converted from Latitude-Longitude-Altitude (LLA) into a local North-East-Down (NED) frame by using the first GNSS position measurement as a reference.…”

“…Any patient treated with insulin is at risk for hypoglycemia and must be trained to monitor finger‐stick blood glucose and appropriately treat hypoglycemia. Table summarizes the various insulin analogs, peak onset of action, and duration of action . Renal dysfunction is associated with prolonged half‐life of insulin, and lower doses of insulin may be required to avoid hypoglycemia .…”
