Abstract: Wdrażanie innowacji jest procesem złożonym, który w teorii literatury opisuje wiele modeli. Niemniej w każdym z nich istotna jest rola pomysłu, który przyświeca innowacji. Tym samym istotna jest rola odbiorcy, którego warto w ten proces włączyć tak, by wdrażane rozwiązanie odpowiadało jego potrzebom i zyskało szybką akceptację na rynku.
