Instruments of human resource management based on the digital technologies in Russia

Abstract: The article is dedicated to the research on the use of digital instruments in human resource management in the leading Russian companies. The companies were chosen from the leading companies in their business field based on Ranking Top-100 leading companies in Russia on capitalization by the Agency Riarating in 2019.
