Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) as predictor of cardiovascular mortality in heart failure patients: data from the T.O.S.CA. registry

Abstract: Introduction Data from the “Trattamento Ormonale nello Scompenso CArdiaco” (T.O.S.CA) registry showed that heart failure (HF) represents a complex clinical syndrome with different hormonal alterations.
