Integrated Family Assessment and Intervention Model: A Collaborative Approach to Support Multi-Challenged Families

Abstract: In this article we describe the Integrated Family Assessment and Intervention Model (IFAIM), a multi-systemic, collaborative, strength-based, and family-focused in-home approach developed and implemented in Portugal.
