Integrated Metabolomics and Network Pharmacology Analysis Immunomodulatory Mechanisms of Qifenggubiao Granules

Abstract: Background: Qifenggubiao granules (QFGBG) is a new Chinese medicine independently developed by Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which combines the essence of Yupingfeng powder and Shengmai yin (invention patent number: CN1325098C, approval number: Sinopharm Zhunzi B20020410), and has been included in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. It has remarkable pharmacodynamic results and conclusive clinical effects in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, chronic cough and other diseases. Pr… Show more

To explore the potential biological effects of potential targets for regulating ferroptosis in UC by 6-G, GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were performed with the R package (https://www.bioconductor.org/).…”

“…Pharmacology was commonly used to investigate the immunomodulatory mechanisms of traditional medicines such as Glycyrrhiza spp. [ 12 ], Yupingfeng granules [ 13 ], and Qifengqubiao granules [ 14 ]. Molecular docking was used to investigate the interaction between these active compounds and essential therapeutic targets.…”

“…Currently, to promote the production of in vitro embryos, supplements are used during the in vitro maturation of oocytes such as antioxidants, which can counteract some of the negative effects of oxidative stress [ 8 ]. Mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) are serine/threonine protein kinases that widely exist in mammalian cells [ 9 ]. The MAPK signaling pathway plays an important role in cell proliferation, differentiation, cell survival, and apoptosis [ 10 ].…”
