Environmental ethics has an important position in the management and utilization of the environment; however, the paradigm of human interaction with the environment often creates gaps in ethical understanding. A range of negative impacts arise as a result of imperfect interactions between humans and the environment. Individuals and communities should focus on achieving sustainable environmental development. One such development is through social capital based on local ecological knowledge (LEK). The purpose of this study was to identify and describe a community of social capital based on LEK in accordance with the environmental ethics of the Bompon watershed community in Magelang Regency. We used qualitative descriptive methods; data were collected using interviews and observations. The results showed that social capital based on LEK in accordance with basic environmental ethics referred to experience, trust, adherence to values, regulations, and institutions in the Bompon watershed community. Recently problems in science education during the Covid-19 pandemic era are focusing on how to engage students in the online science classroom. There is a lack of exploration in learning experiences that engage students in virtual, thought-provoking problems, working with peers, and applying their 21 st -century skills as problem solver to real-world problems. One of the biggest challenges for secondary schools is that few guidelines or models exist regarding teaching science to engage students in the online classroom. Having this in mind, this study provided a systematic and analytical strategy in mapping out and offering a critical review of the integration of local wisdom of online science learning. Overall, this study recognized the gains that can be made from utilizing local wisdom in education, especially in the global quest of teaching 21st-century skills, and had recommended using local wisdom in instructional design. This paper also suggested a need to pursue further studies on developing a local wisdom framework for students easily master science learning media and how these could motivate and excite students and themselves in the teaching and learning process of the online science classroom.

The face of the world of education is currently experiencing drastic and complex changes, amid social risks (physical distancing) due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. In this case, the world of education has finally been affected by breaking the chain of spreading the covid-19 pandemic. In the end, the government instructed nationally to carry out online learning and this has been done for months. Online, offline, and even blended learning is carried out by an educator in an effort to improve the quality of learning during this pandemic. The research method used is development as an optimal form of renderforest applications. The renderforest application is an online-based application that can be developed by educators as a fun learning medium according to the age of the student. From the facilities, there are various template features in the application that was built by forest results that satisfy students for learning in the form of animation that stimulates the interest of students at the SMP / MTS level in accepting natural science learning. The results of making this renderforest application can be developed and published on social media such as YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook or other social media according to the needs and agreement between teachers and students to get maximum results. The results of this learning modification can be done in two directions which get the thoughts and feelings of the students who are united in the uniformity of dialogue.
