Interaction of Heteroatom‐Containing Propynals with S‐, N‐Binucleophiles.

Abstract: Organo-silicon compounds S 0060Interaction of Heteroatom-Containing Propynals with S-, N-Binucleophiles. -Reactions of α-siliconand α-germanium-containing aldehydes (I) with primary amino compounds [(II), (V) and (VII)] proceed chemoselectively at the aldehyde group. In the case of 2-aminoethanethiol (II), the ratio of tautomers, 1,3-thiazolidine (III) and azomethine (IV), depends significantly on the nature of the heteroatom, the presence of a catalyst, and the use of microwave activation. -(DEMINA, M. “…The crystal quality strongly depends on the hot zone of the Kyropoulos furnace. According to the thermal behavior during the growth process, this technique is considered within the framework of a 2D axisymmetric approach . The radiative heat exchange in the crystal and melt convection can be well controlled.…”

“…Microbial collagenases have the potential applications in food and nutrition sector such as meat tenderization, collagen peptides, hydrolysates, collagen extraction, by-products utilization and functional foods [2]. There is a wide range of industrial applications of collagenase including food industries [74], cosmetic industries [75] tannery and meat industries, [76,77] but the most significant applications of collagenase is in the field of therapeutics. Collagenases have various noninvasive therapeutic applications such as treatment of Dupuytren's and Peyronie'sdisesase, burns, wound healing, intervertebral disc herniation, chronic total occlusions, glaucoma, cartilage repair, uterine fibroid, cellulite, keloid, nipple pain and degradation of human retained placenta [69,78] and cancer gene therapy [79,80].…”
