Young people are the driving force of society. Therefore, the well-being of society itself depends on what values and ideals they carry into adulthood. The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the values of contemporary Chinese youth in the context of their future life goals and to analyze how self-criticism shapes students’ depressive tendencies with the use of digital games. This study was conducted at Shaanxi Technical College of Finance and Economics with 157 Chinese students between the ages of 18 and 25. One hundred nine girls and forty-eight boys were randomly selected for the study. The study was conducted in a Chinese cultural context using the method of experiment with a survey, statistical, and correlational data analysis. Correlation analysis showed that the correlation between self-criticism and N/NE is strong (rs ¼ 0.50–0.65), but it was most related to the positive emotional component of E/PE. Thus, no obvious and serious reasons for the development of depression in young people were found. The results showed that digital games cannot influence the development of self-critical abilities of students, however, they can be a high-quality tool in psychological work with students to determine depressive moods, an overestimated level of self-criticism, and other problems that prevent them from learning. This article has implications for further research in education, as it may provide a basis for developing and improving new methods of constructing curricula. They can be aimed at defining special attention to the psychological state of students to prevent depressive states caused by high levels of self-criticism.

Purpose: The economy has been booming drastically. Multiple studies stand as shreds of evidence for the incompetent level of entrepreneurs in modern times amongst the chauvinistic group of people showing affection towards 9 to 5 job dominance and upbringing. The study focuses on analyzing different factors contributing to the booming of business performances and studying the research gap in this context. Approach: The study focuses on understanding factors that impact business performances in the global scenario. The data and shreds of evidence are collected from different web portals, journal articles, and databases that provide relevant information, data, and facts are derived through review of related literature through gateways like ResearchGate, Scopus, Google Scholar to extract literature on scholarly articles, conference papers, journals, abstracts and much other. Through innumerable keywords, the relevant information has been collected and sorted systematically throughout the paper. The paper extends the literature review on the performance of businesses by studying the effects of variables such as digital marketing, sustainable competitive advantage, external environmental factors, internal factors, individual factors, motivation factors, corporate social responsibility, psychological factors, employee performance, entrepreneurial capacity, product quality, human capital, social capital, industrial factors, knowledge sharing practices, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, service innovation, business environment on the business performance. The study is conducted to analyze the significance and relationship between the above-mentioned factors and business performance. The current paper analyses the effectiveness of business performance. The results have been discovered through various literature reviews as the basis for the successful description of the current study of literature review on different factors that impact business performances. The reviews gathered have been dissected by relating to different theories discovered by renowned theorists. Se analizó desde la literatura el concepto de emprendimiento social, bajo un nivel descriptivo con diseño documental; en el ámbito académico se consideran las escuelas: de la empresa social, del emprendedor social e innovación social. Debemos considerar que un emprendedor tiene la capacidad de identificar las oportunidades y hacer frente a los riesgos que se presenten en el mercado; toma muy en cuenta su experiencia y capacidad innovadora, el cual le permite consolidar sus proyectos y contribuir al crecimiento económico a través de sus competencias y habilidades; es una necesidad de orden mundial encaminar proyectos emprendedores bajo una cultura de innovación. Se concluye que la definición de emprendimiento social es amplio y poco estudiada, se evidencia la falta de un consenso para la delimitación conceptual y a través de ella se busca minimizar los problemas sociales.
