Abstract: Zusammenfassung: Mit diesem beitrag wird das thema generationen in Nichtregierungsorganisationen (Non-Governmental-Organisations/NGOs) reflektiert. Dazu wird zunächst auf die idealtypische Entwicklungsgeschichte von NGOs eingegangen.
