Interleukin-10 promotes activation-induced cell death of SLE lymphocytes mediated by Fas ligand.

Abstract: Immune function in SLE is paradoxically characterized by active T cell help for autoantibody production, along with impaired T cell proliferative and cytokine responses in vitro.
