Internationalization, cultural appreciation and institutional governmentality for quality control in transnational higher education cooperation: An empirical assessment

Abstract: This article examines the dynamic mechanism of cultural appreciation and institutional governmentality to ensure successful quality control in a transnational higher education collaboration context.
