Internationalization of Higher Education: A Perspective from the Great South

Abstract: It is our contention in this article that the Great South tends to understand the process of internationalisation of Higher Education in terms of "mobility" whilst the Great North, which gave birth to the notion and therefore has greater experience of the process, understands internationalisation in terms of Global Citizenship Education.
