Interpreting the various associations of MiRNA polymorphisms with susceptibilities of cardiovascular diseases

Abstract: Despite inter-study variability, the polymorphisms from miR-146a, miR-499 and miR-196a2 have impacts on cardiovascular disease. Each type of miRNA has individual role in either cardiac development or the origins of CVD.
