Intervening to reduce workplace sitting: mediating role of social-cognitive constructs during a cluster randomised controlled trial

Abstract: BackgroundThe Stand Up Victoria multi-component intervention successfully reduced workplace sitting time in both the short (three months) and long (12 months) term.
