Intranasal lidocaine 8% spray for second-division trigeminal neuralgia

Abstract: Intranasal lidocaine 8% administered by a metered-dose spray produced prompt but temporary analgesia without serious adverse reactions in patients with second-division trigeminal neuralgia.
